For months I have been looking how to fix the color of PDFs displayed on an iPad.
I found your article simple and easy to understand. I followed your instructions, and voila… It worked. Thanks a bunch.

Your best bet is to download acrobat reader for iOS and view PDFs. I know it’s another app to download and another step in opening from email but it guarantees that one pdf maintains accurate colors regardless of device.

The sRGB converted version produces inaccurate & desaturated colors when viewed on desktop, and slightly darker than original colors in iOS.

Thank you for this example, it was a great starting point for resolving pdf color issues.

Uber cool toy. Works exactly like the pneumatic tubes that send messages back and forth in municipal buildings like courts and DMVs. Found one at a garage sale recently, works like a champ. Very entertaining, almost as much fun as a Crashmobile. Remember them?

In reply to rick senkow. Hi Rick, Output is listed at 15vdc 600mA. The power supply I have is a model: 15-06 from Mego Corp part number 71083-800. Radio Shack probably will have one with an equivalent voltage. Hope that helps!

I just picked up a rocket tubes set. Unfortunatly it is missing the power pack. Could you tell me the voltage on your pack so I can possible match it. I do not want to put the wrong volyage to it and burn it up. THANKS in Advance rick
